Services which can be provided:

• Drawings for Approval.

  Reconcile Architect's & Engineer's drawings for projects, so as to produce detail drawings indicating how the Aluminium façade system is incorporated into the project and how it will interface with all the other elements that make up the building envelope, and issue these drawings to the Architect and Engineer for his/her comments and approval.

• Bill of Materials.

  Quantify all the materials required to fabricate and install the façade system and produce bill of materials for the purchasing department to procure all the required materials, such as aluminium profiles, cleats, gaskets, brackets, screws, nuts & bolts, aluminium pressings/flashings and double glazed units/glass.

• Fabrication Drawings & Schedules.

  Produce fabrication drawings of all components, to input all the required machining details into CNC program and to create 3d models in CAD and other window façade software programs, to provide optimized cutting lists to ensure the maximum usage of all materials, and ensure that the workshop can clearly see exactly what is required to be fabricated for the project.

• Site Installation Drawings & Schedules.

  Prepare installation drawings with bar marks/reference to clearly indicate to the Site Installation Crew where each component or element is to be fitted within the façade and to issue them with detailed schedule of all brackets, fixing bolts, nuts & washers required to install the facade correctly.
